[CBFF] Briggs gets the franchise tag!!!

Hard feelings?  He's gonna get paid alot for just one year (unless he signs
an extended contract) and then back on the FA market.  He should be happy...
and I think he likes playing in Chicago from the interviews I saw.

Good deal  I feel better as well, knowing the Bears understand Briggs' worth
and what losing him would have meant.

Get Lovie signed!! (I'm still worried about this signing, or lack there of)
