[CBFF] Briggs gets the franchise tag!!!

Yeah- but he might have cleaned up even more in free agency. Teams  
will not want to give up 2 first round picks, although if you are a  
team with lousy picks in the first round, he would be well worth it.  
So he could have made more money in free agency...
