[CBFF] Ron Rivera moves on to help Chargers

My opinion?  They didn't want to spend the bucks on Chico when they know
they have to spend big bucks on Lovie.

I know a lot of you would disagree, but that's my story and I'm sticking to
it.... unless facts to the contrary come along to change my mind.
