Didn't the Bears have to do this one year?

I don't know why, but this just strikes me as funny.

Browns win coin flip with Bucs, will draft third
ESPN.com news services

Their 2006 season started with their top free-agent signing hurting
both knees in the first 11-on-11 drill of training camp. It ended with
more injuries and 12 losses.

Something was bound to eventually go right for the Cleveland Browns.

It happened Friday morning, when the Browns won a coin toss with the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers to break a tie for the third selection in April's
NFL Draft.

Both teams had the same 4-12 records and played the same stretch of
schedules, making the coin flip neccesary. With the loss, the Bucs
will draft fourth.

ESPN.com senior writer John Clayton contributed to this report.
