For the Bears it means nothing.

For Tank it means he won't be charged with DUI, but the "impaired" 
charge can still remain.

Beyond that, I'm sure there will be media types who say the Bears axed 
him too soon before knowing all the details, which some might think .072 
blood alcohol and being out at 3:30am weren't such a big deal.
