I certainly do not think so.

It takes what 2 hours for your ba to go up, so it can start coming down. So
he would have had to stopped drinking around say 10pm for his ba to be on
the way down, at least that far down(.072).

I think we have to hand it to him that he was drinking responsibly. So all
is good, except for the zero tolerance mandate by Lovie, and JA. He wont get
the extra time off for good behavior from the commish, but he will be back
in week 9.

He will be in uniform by week 9 for?..........
