It's .08 everywhere except where it's .10. Wisconsin was .10 not that long 
ago.

HOWEVER, "impaired" could be determined by the police regardless of BAC. 
Pretty tough to make the case with a good lawyer, a person who was not 
uncooperative and no accident, but it can be done.
