This is SOP in the NCAA ranks.

In fact, the only way Iowa fans can get a ticket to the Iowa State away game 
is to buy ISU season tickets. ISU is refusing to sell single game tickets to 
anyone for that game (beyond the 4K at an inflated $90 a pop Iowa  gets for 
their official alottment.)
