Because it's a lawsuit. If you sue your neighbor cuz you slipped on his 
sidewalk, it'll be public record. And anything that's public record 
involving a newsworthy figure is going to be in the paper. Dem's da rules.

She didn't claim he sent the text to the boy, she said he called the boy a 
p---y in the text to her.
