But all that was either known before the incident quoted in the article or
became apparent afterwards.  I can't see that the incident, itself,
handcuffed Angelo any more than he already was or was going to be.

I think it was just Biggs taking a shot at Rosenhaus that falls apart when
you give it a little thought.  But I could be convinced otherwise.
