[CBFF] All draft choices are signed!!

The hidden factor to all this is whether or not JA is bursting (or
bulging) our Cap bubble by getting all these players signed early.  I have
no Idea, nor do I think that he is, giving him the benefit of the doubt.....

But....

I aint say'n, I'm just say'n..... know what I'm say'n?
