Ummm...  If what you mean by "cleaning it up" is "feeling so bad about it
that you go out to a club and get involved in a shooting death."

I can't believe Goodell took anything Tank Johnson said about cleaning up
his act seriously.  If he did, I call that damned lucky for Johnson.  As a
Bears fan I believe him.  But as commissioner I wouldn't have believed a
word he said and shit canned him for the season.  Here's hoping that Johnson
is, indeed, sincere.
