Yea, he had to pass a physical first cause he wouldn't take an injury
settlement.....that's what I read anyways.

This reminds me. The other day I saw Bryan Johnson on the waiver wire and
nothing about it here or on the Bears' site. Kind of looks like he was cut
at the beginning of the year but they left him on injured reserve through
the season because they couldn't come to terms on an injury settlement. Must
have given him until the end of minicamp to heal up. Too bad. He was
supposedly a pretty good blocker in the handful of games in which he
actually played.
