[CBFF] CT story on Tank (Re: Tank Johnson pulled over inArizona)

Why didn't the Bears have a "caretaker" with him?  The Bulls did something similar for Rodman.  The guy's a piece of work, and they knew it.  I'm not condoning anything that he's done, in fact I'm disgusted by his actions.  To expect him to be on his own, in an environment (home) that will give him cause to "fall off the wagon" without any support is stupid.  He's to blame, but the Bears didn't help the situation.
