When you say NEVER it's not apples to oranges. Never means never and not
ever ever ever. Yes, it is simple but when you use a word like never,
there's nothing complicated about it.

You're comparing apples to oranges, Phil, not to mention you're
over-simplifying Tom's point.
At face value, being out at 3am isn't a big deal. But when viewed in
the context of all that's occurred since his house was raided last
year, why even risk the perception of impropriety when you know you're
on a VERY short leash, both with Goodell and the Bears?
When it comes right down to it, it really doesn't matter what we
think. I don't even think it matters what Roger Goodell thinks.
Right now, I believe the one person Tank Johnson should be concerned
with (himself, not-wtih-standing), is Jerry Angelo. I'll bet dollars
to donuts that he was fuming when he first got wind of this story. I
wouldn't doubt it if he's already filled-out Tank's walking papers and
has them in the top drawer of his desk on stand-by.
