Jim, you completely overlook the context of Tank's actions.  For any other
normal 25 year old, it would be fine.  But in Tank's case, given what is on
the line, it is stupid--almost criminally stupid--to be out after midnight.
If it comes out that he was buying cough syrup for his sick aunt, and the
alcohol charges were bogus, then fine.  But anything short of some truly
altruistic reason will not be enough for someone with Tank's past.  Any
sense of remorse, any sense of good judgment, would dictate that Tank is not
out behaving ANY MORE like a late-night, marauding 25 year old.  Not now,
not after what's gone on.

If Lovie and the Bears take the line you are taking, Jim, they will simply
enable Tank's behavior.
