Yes, Jim, it does address human nature.  If you are remorseful, you change.
And maybe change everything.  If you are working to develop a better sense
of judgment, then you err on the side of caution 'til it hurts.  You do not
play around with fire at all, anymore.  Your chances of living life like
that are done.  Gone.  At least until the end of your pro football career.

The way Tank is living, that ending is not far off, either.

Tank is like an alcoholic when it comes to personal judgment and suspect
behavior.  And like an alcoholic, stopping cold turkey and having people
hold you to account is the only way.  You must get on the wagon and stay on,
day in, day out. 

What's more, zero tolerance is the standard that Tank Johnson HIMSELF was
holding himself to in his public statements since his imprisonment.
