Or it could have just been that being out late in itself was against his
agreement to change his life.  If they had an agreement where Tank couldn't
be out late no matter what, this would have violated that agreement.

I would guess they simply asked him what he was doing speeding on a road at
3:30 AM.  I would guess that the answer wasn't satisfactory.

Could be wrong but I'll bet you he wasn't even drunk.  This guy was on a
mighty short leash.  This was incredibly stupid.
