B-I-N-G-O. The thing is, we have a little money to spend and we have no
gaping holes to fill. Basically we have the luxury of trying to improve
at the margins (and depth) without jeopardizing future cap space needed
to resign THarris, Vasher, Rex, etc. Someone like Horn (and this is only
an example) would be a good flier on a one-year deal to try to improve
that facet of the offense. I think a one-year deal would work because at
his age I highly doubt anyone is going to offer him multiple years.
NFL stands for "Not For Long" so we need to continue to hammer away
while the iron is still hot.

> Listen, until Bradley, David AND Moose can show that they are consistent, big play threats or can stay on the field, I think the Bears WR-corp is only about average. Berrian's the only guy who's shown he's got something special to him. Moose is good but not the guy we had hoped when we threw bucket-loads of cash at him. Horn is younger and better, in my book, so if we had to can Moose for Horn, I would not complain.

Jones is gone, but even when he was here he was very good but not a real game breaker. Without a second difference maker on offense, I am afraid that Rex won't realize his full potential, either.
