[CBFF] Bears raise ticket prices

It's really a non-issue as far as I'm concerned. NFL team costs are
constantly going up so I expect a moderate increase at least every other
year. Bears tickets are still extremely reasonable compared to baseball
(especially the Cubs) where single game tickets are nearly as expensive and
they play 81 home games instead of only 8.
