Yes the Bears can tag him two years in a row. Forcing Briggs to play for
15 million.

S. Gilbert is the only player to sit out the season, at least that's
what I read today.

If he sits out next season (and doesn't get paid anything) is it
possible to slap the tag for another season and let him sit out another
season without pay?
