[CBFF] FW: Agent: Bears LB Briggs has interest from Skins, 49ers and Sea

But is Beason good enough to be a Briggs' level right away? It's fine to 
have a drop off at positions as long as you compensate by strengthening 
others. We're on top now and we have to make moves that keep us on top.
