[CBFF] Dave Ball?

Well, I think it might be a matter of numbers. There's close to an infinite number of UDFA and a small finite number of drafted folks. The other thing I was thinking is that those are guys who played - and by the end of the season there are enough injuries that practice squad players get brought up as back-ups and special teamers.

Over a quarter of the players does seem surprising though - you'd think most of the low round guys that don't make a team would end up with another team.

The NFl channel did a break down of what percentage of players, who
played in the NFL in 2007, came from what round.
The most suprising stat, was 28% were un drafted. So the importance of
of un drafted players(ie P. Holmes) blew my mind.
Anyone else see that?

Apparently Dave Ball broke a bunch of Jerry Rice's college records. We
all know how that goes - there's always a UDFA or two who "should've
been drafted" and people try to convince everyone that they'll be stars
if they just get the chance - but those guys are almost always undrafted
for a reason.
