[CBFF] NBR - The well has run dry

Two summers ago it was well noted that over two-thirds the movies
released were either sequels or movies derived from old TV shows, etc.
I read an article later that year stating record box office revenues
for that time period.

In other words, mainstream Hollywood don't care about creativity
because they'll sell tickets anyway. Despite the less than favorable
reviews of Spiderman 3 (that I've read) the hype machine will easily
push it's revenue into the hundreds of millions.
