Jake Schumaker compiled a bunch of draft grades for every team at http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=p2-Yrq28GOlPaStgmZrVrcQ

He also wrote an article at http://www.footballoutsiders.com/2007/05/08/ramblings/nfl-draft/5130/ which highlights the most consistently graded teams and the teams with the largest grade differences.

The Bears average out to a 2.6 with Dr. Z liking it the least (1.0) and Pierson liking it the most (3.7).
