Jake Schumaker compiled a bunch of draft grades for every team at

He also wrote an article at

highlights the most consistently graded teams and the teams with the largest
grade differences.

The Bears average out to a 2.6 with Dr. Z liking it the least (1.0) and
Pierson liking it the most (3.7).
