[CBFF] List Your Top 3 Fixes for Da Bears Here

It probably depends on how your organization develops and deploys QBs. 
Because you can draft a QB every year if you pick him in round 3 or 4, but 
only once a decade maybe if it's in round 1. But if they don't get a chance 
to get out on the field it doesn't help to keep drafting them.
