The NFL is all about production.

Jeff George was as a very talented QB, but he was a tremendous head case.

BTW, this is one fan that thinks that Rex is marginally skilled. He is not 
mobile, he has trouble seeing over the rush and he makes poor decisions.

His strengths would include a strong arm and the ability to take criticism 
like an adult.
