Be careful about lumping team achievements in with the achievements of
the QB.  19-7 is a team record.  The Super Bowl was a team
achievement.  Other things, like the performance of the defense, are
major factors in wins and losses.

Rex was incredibly inconsistent last year and this year he'd been just
plain terrible before being benched.  He has to play well consistently
to win people over.  No more, no less.
