You know, Steve, you're right.  He got through one half of football with no
interceptions (barely).  Given the last half of last year and his games this
year, I have to admit that is a major improvement.  Yep, all those problems
that got him pulled in the first place have definitely disappeared.  Let's
start him.

 

In fairness, I do hope you're right.  I really do.  He does give them a
better deep threat and that will stretch the field.  They will definitely be
better if he actually does show progress.  The thing is, unlike some here, I
haven't given up on the season yet.  But I also know that the Bears have
zero margin for error right now.  I would have been much, much more
comfortable with this after the 7th or 8th loss.
