Good point and I agree.  But in fairness to the writer I doubt that's what
the two coaches and the GM pointed to.  For one thing, old or not, most of
the members of the Bear offensive line are well respected around the league.
Also, the Bears have been winning with good defense for a long time.  The
offense this year, except for the turnovers, has been par for the course.
In fact you could argue that they've been a little better than that if you
measure them against their performance since Lovie Smith has been here.

The offensive line shouldn't get off the hook but the biggest difference is
in their defense this year.  I think the NFC people interviewed know that.
