I disagree. I think Stokley's catch bounced on the turf. Dierdork and
Gum-ball were pretending it was obvious by a mile, but they didn't
really replay it enough to tell for sure. Still, it looked like it hit
the turf first.
On the other hand, on Rex's fumble, I thought he started to fumble,
secured it, and then hit the ground (which caused the fumble), in which
case he was just down.
Whatever. Not the greatest game by the officials. Not sure it affected
the outcome all that much. I did see some nasty low blocks by the
Broncos, and one blatant from behind body slam on one of our DBs.
