Why?  He didn't hesitate to fire Terry Shae or Ron Rivera.  He's made it
clear that the believes in running the ball.  If they don't do that and he
thinks its Turner's fault I see no reason why he wouldn't fire him.  

The only real question in my mind is how much of the blame is Turner's.  But
if he bears any responsibility I have little doubt that Smith will act.
