Grossman's problem is only peripherally related to that.  The heart of the
issue is that he continues to make the same mistakes that he made at
midseason last year.  He wasn't developing.  In fact, some would argue that
he was regressing.

Griese at least has a track record of performing.  Anybody remember the last
time the Bears had a QB who has been to the Pro Bowl?  Having said that, I'm
withholding judgment on him.  Obviously what happened last week can't
continue.  But he obviously gets more than a week for heaven's sake.
