Translation:  He wasn't developing.

I didn't say why.  At the moment the why is irrelevant.  You don't bring him
back unless Griese gets hurt or continues to perform like he did Sunday.
And you certainly hope that does *not* happen because, as you pointed out
indirectly with your own assigning of the blame, Grossman is unlikely to be
better.
