Good question... I give up... why? Really.. I would love to know, because,
afaic, there is definitely a loss of desire. Is it because they're sulking
after Angelo let go of their OC last year? Or because Rex finally was
pulled after they've been told time and time again to keep the faith (and
their moths shut).. "he's our guy"? After watching the coordinators,
especially turner, time and time again show absolutely no imagination
calling plays, especially the offense? After having taken one in the gut
with the loss of Mike Brown once again? After getting rid of "their" RB and
having to put up with the premadonna who certainly didn't earn his
position? There's plenty of reason this team could be pouting about and not
putting in their full effort.
I said it after the Philly game, and I still stand by it; that it didn't
feel much like a win. It seemed the only real effort was maybe the last
defensive and offensive series of the game.. and that's it. I don't know if
this team thinks it can hang around and pull these game out of their butts
on the last series, but it sure seems that way. There is something
definitely wrong with the attitude on this team... combined with the
expectation that everyone had before the season... It's becoming a very,
very bitter pill to swallow for us fans....

I didn't watch closely because I had company, but it sure seemed to me
