[CBFF] List Your Top 3 Fixes for Da Bears Here

I know many of you can come up with more than 3 problems that need fixing on
this team... BUT!!  If you could name the 3 problems and their 'fixes', what
would they be?

I'll go first:


1) Fire Ron Turner at the end of the season... if not before. Who do they
hire?  I don't know, but they better be of the creative ilk.

2) Draft or acquire thru Free-agency Offensive Lineman.  Drafting may not be
an immediate fix, but you have to start somewhere

3) Tough one....  tempted to make it (4) fixes instead of 3.... but instead
of acquiring a #1RB, I'll say we'll have to go for a QB very high in the
draft.  Let's face it, QB is the Number One Priority.... nothing else on
this team is going to matter if we don't get a decent QB on this team... I'm
just fricken sick and tired of not having one.  If we have to trade a ton of
picks to move up... do it... do whatever we have to do to get a Blue Chip
QB.  Just DO It.
