That's your definition of bust and you overlayed it on what I said.
That still doesn't mean I think Benson is now or will ever be a bust.
I just don't think he's far enouogh along in his development to match
what Jones did for the team.

Thomas Jones might have been the best team player I've seen come along
in a while.  He didn't just run the ball, but he also caught very well
out of the backfield and he was OUTSTANDING in pass protection.  On
top of that, he played hurt and he didn't air his dirty laundry in the
press.

He was also clutch.  If the Bears had a MVP in the playoffs and Super
Bowl last year, it was Jones.

The Bears are going up against one of the best defenses in the league
this weekend, and I question whether Benson is up to the task; both in
terms of his mental toughness and on-field development.

That's why I think Thomas Jones would have given the Bears a better
chance this weekend.
