[CBFF] Report: Doctor says Everett has voluntary movement ofarms, legs

Apparently they treated him with something right away at the stadium that
played a huge part in keeping the swelling down and minimizing the
consequences as much as possible....  Can't remember what it was they
treated him with, though.
