[CBFF] Belichick Fined; Pats Lose Pick

Should have been more.  All draft picks for one year, or multiple #1's.
Belacheat should have been suspended for 4 games as well.  When the players
cheat (steroids), they get 4 games and no pay, don't they?  What's money to
these guys? Hell, the Pat's will probably bail Belacheat out anyway, and one
or maybe two picks?  Not nearly enough.
