I can't wait until some team wins the division 10-6 with all the losses coming from within the division. Every game is important, in the division, in the conference, wherever they are. There's a very tiny importance within the division since tiebreakers are more likely to occur there but if you win your games it doesn't matter where they come from.

The Bears first two opponents are AFC teams.  The best way to win their 
division is by ensuring wins against NFC opponents.  Frankly, I could 
see them game planning in a conservative manner in the hopes that it's 
enough to beat SD and KC as a means to creating an advantage - albeit 
minor - over Dallas.

It's not entirely plausible, but it does stand to reason; at least of 
the NFL variety.  You're going to have to set your Ph.D in Philosophy 
aside for the moment, Steve, and tap into your Neanderthal gene.  It's 
the same type of logic that has NFL coaches - who have been in this 
profession for years - making the most boneheaded of moves.
