Spare me the revisionist history (Jerry) and innuendo (Jim).  Both of your
views have grown in nuance as I have criticized what you wrote.  Your
initial positions were easily interpreted as the view you so blithely
dismiss here, Jerry.  If I misunderstood you so badly, you should have said
THAT initially and not continued arguing with me.
