[CBFF] Don't look now, boys

Riddle me this:
Why is it that when we find something that works on offense, we use it for
a drive (usually resulting in a TD), and then shelve it for the rest of the
game. IE: getting the ball to the TE's? Dallas had no problem going back
to Witten time and time again, because they knew it worked... even
occasionally, which is better than not trying at all, because it never works
then.
Our OC is not giving our offense the best opportunity to succeed. Maybe
he'll pull his head out of his ass later, but from the SB to this point, his
game planning sucks. (He's not the only problem, but he certainly is a
problem, AFAIC)
