If Tom Waddle were faster, stronger and jumped higher he might have been the
greatest Bears receiver ever. If Cade McNown were a better QB he'd have
lasted longer. If the Bears had drafted a franchise quarterback in the
mid-80s they'd have won more Super Bowls.
Durability is what makes good running backs great and great ones Hall of
Famers and Hall of Famers record-breakers. Durability is as much of a skill
for RBs as leadership is for QBs or craftiness is for WRs.
