Tait's only been in the league for 8-9 years but he's 32. I don't know that he has all that much time left. Ogden's 33 with 11-12 years in the league and he's retiring, Tarik Glenn was 30 with 10 years when he retired, Orlando Pace is 32 with 10 years and he's thinking of retiring. Granted, Ogden and Pace have had injuries the past couple years, but that's not something the Bears can afford either.

Not saying he's a liability yet, but he's at the age where you start looking for an understudy.

I would put Kreutz as a core guy and, frankly, I'd also include Tait.  Of
course they might not fit the word, "future".  But I don't see either
retiring any time soon.
