Just want to mention something that I think pretty awesome....  My son,
Nolan, will be entering his sophomore year of high school football next fall
(RB). Even at this age, there really is no 'off-season', as there is
scheduled weightlifting and camps, etc....  but Nolan is doing something
extra, something that none of the other players are doing:

3 to 4 times a week, he's taken to running a rather steep and high hill near
our home.

Makes a father proud, I tell ya.
