The Bears stayed on the defensive side of the ball, tabbing Nebraska's 
Zackary Bowman at No. 142 in the fifth round.

Bowman has good size at 6-1, 196 pounds, and projects as a Tampa Two corner.

He has good instincts and hands but is coming off knee injuries in 
consecutive years. He tore an ACL in 2006 and the patellar tendon last 
year. He's really had trouble.

Seems like a medical roll of the dice with some talented guards on the 
board. We'll see what the team says.
