Sporting News this time.... concerning the guy we all scratched our head
over.

The Chicago Bears
<http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/teams/bears/index.html>took the
gamble on Nebraska cornerback Zachary Bowman at No. 142, believing
he eventually will get back to his pre-injury form -- when he was the best
cornerback in the country. Getting a 6-foot cornerback who runs the 40-yard
dash in the 4.4-second range and was highly productive in college is rare.
In our opinion, Bowman will prove to be the best cornerback in this draft --
once he gets healthy. ...

Tempered with this:

The Chicago Bears took a chance on ultra-talented tight end Kellen Davis at
No. 158 in the hope the light eventually comes on. Davis looks outstanding
in a uniform and no doubt has the physical tools to be a difference-making
tight end in the NFL, but his lack of competitiveness really hindered his
production at Michigan State. The Bears actually could move him to defensive
end, where he played a bunch as a pass-rush specialist. This is a
boom-or-bust pick. ...
