No idea.  But having a loose wire doesn't mean you're incapable of appearing
to be completely normal.

Being mentally ill can be extremely tricky at times.  I know from first hand
experience that you can be totally sane one minute and then something goes
off in your head and become totally irrational and look to do things you
normally wouldn't.

To say that someone that has a mental illness isn't capable of these things
(obtaining a weapon, ammo and having the ability to make a manifesto) is
wrong, IMO.

I'm sure this guy's lawyer will try to plea insanity.  He his obviously
mentally disturbed and needs help.
