You really think so?  I'll be surprised if he gets an offer for anything
better than a backup with a "chance" to compete for the starting job.  That
won't pay much.  But I've been surprised before.
 
Every one of those teams watched the Super Bowl.  I never thought the
national perception of Grossman ever matched the potential that the Bears
felt he had.  My gut feeling is that Grossman is one case where the Bears
value the player more than anyone else does.  That's probably why they're
glad to let the market set his value.  But its just a guess.  And it only
takes one team to over pay.
